Scorching by day and chilly by night; we’re amongst the awkward season where we transition from summer to fall outfits by the second.
The weather outside is just as confusing as the new re-branded Twitter logo. And if you aren’t prepared to add some layers, you may end up with a little sniffle and sneeze.
The seasons are changing and with that comes an evolving wardrobe.
But if you’ve read my post on the End of Summer Blues, you know your girl loves the Fall season. With that being said, I love the idea of slowly introducing my Fall wardrobe.

In transitioning from summer to fall outfits, there are some key factors that go into styling. But as always mentioned, add your own personal touch to it for the added razzle dazzle.
Add Duster/ Overcoat
Dusters just screaamm Fall to me. Maybe because it’s the most opportune season to wear them. In this transitional part of the season, you may need some extra layers for the nights that are suddenly becoming chillier. And what better way to go out in style than a matching duster/overcoat to finish off your look?

These boots are made for walking, but they’re also made for a cozy slay. Sometimes adding boots is the simple answer to transitioning your summer outfits to Fall. Boots automatically transform any outfit into something a bit more cozy.

Sweater Weather
Sweater weather. It’s not just a song that I played too many times while in college. The phenomenon is real besties. As the temps decrease, I like to increase my use of sweaters and sweatshirts in my wardrobe. But that doesn’t mean you have to completely kick summer out the door. Summer shorts look just as cute when styled with your favorite sweater and some boots!
It’s the perfect way to transition your outfit from summer to fall.
