I wear my heart on my sleeve, and I like wearing my Jesus on my sleeve too. But faith-based clothing doesn’t have to call for a boring.
We’re spicing things up this holiday season and learning how to intertwine our love for Jesus and our love for fashion.
The great Carrie Bradshaw said it best:
“What is it about God and fashion that go so well together?”
For me? I love that they’re both a glimpse of who you are as a person. Whether you like it or not, your taste in style says a lot about you, and so does your commitment to God.
Lost in the sauce on how to bring your favorite faith based clothing to life? I got you babe.
I’ll be including some of my favorite places, both online and offline to get cool faith attire as well.
Faith Based Clothing (Online)
Winter is sweatpants season in my mind. I love slipping them on for quick store runs and errands. Sweats are comfortable, and I love that they can be worn in a variety of ways. If you don’t believe me, check out my post on How to Rock Loungewear. They pair well with sweatshirts, crop tops and my favorite, t-shirts. Oversized or fitted.
In this case, I paired this cute oversized t shirt with basic black sweats and a beanie for a pop of color. I love this t because it has the lyrics to one of my favorite worship songs, “So Will I.”
Aside from that, I’m a sucker for a good black and white fit.
SHEIN: If The Stars Were Made To Worship, So Will I” t shirt
By far my favorite faith based clothing item. This adorable T-shirt is from Beacon Threads.
I decided to pair it with matching black leather pants, because the shirt deserved to be the star. Everyone will know you’re a perfectly loved child of God in this shirt.
Fun Fact: this shirt is long enough to be worn as a dress in the warmer months!
This God Is Dope tee pairs well with just about anything. From jeans, to trousers, to mini skirts.
I paired this tee with some bold Houndstooth trousers to give the outfit a bit more rah-rah. When you’re dealing with a plain, neutral-toned top, the sky is the limit for bottoms.
(In-Store)
These pants are definitely giving “call me, beep me, if you wanna reach me.” Even Kim Possible knows you can fight a spirit and still look cute.
See what I did there lol. 😜
From Kim Possible to Kim K, the girls know baggy cargos and a tee are always a vibe.
And we can still love Jesus and tie the front of our tees for some added style.
This “Pray More, Worry Less” tee is from Five Below.
Yall need Jesus if y’all don’t go run and get this tee from Walmart.
I’ll let you in on a little secret of mine, shop in the men’s section. No-one’s gonna know. How will they know?
All secrets aside, I paired this retro looking t shirt with vibrant red pants. The red pants aid in bringing out the colors in the shirt without feeling too matchy-matchy.
